Built tough and built to impress, these fighter-profile blanks are forged from Vegas Forge stainless Damascus steel. Each piece arrives heat treated, profiled with bevels and acid etched so you get to handle the fun part — install the handle scales and sharpen the edge.

  • Material: Hand-forged stainless Damascus (high contrast, corrosion-resistant)

  • Finish level: Profiled with bevels established — you add the handles and sharpen. Pin holes are 0.125" OD. (We can drill larger if requested — carbide bit recommended for DIY.)

  • Full-tang strength: Designed for pins/bolts and epoxy. (Hardware not included.)

  • Unique patterns: Choose from Twist, Ladder, Dot Matrix, Random, Herringbone, Fireball, and Razorwire — each billet’s pattern is one-of-a-kind.
