All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Custom, made-to-order, large, or special-order items may require additional processing time. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you by email.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery estimates begin once the order has shipped, not from the date the order is placed.
Standard shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days after shipment.
Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.
We currently ship to the following European countries:
Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery to Europe is typically 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country, carrier service, customs processing, and any local delivery delays.
For customers located in the European Union, unless otherwise agreed, orders will be delivered within 30 days of the order date. If we are unable to deliver within that timeframe, we will notify you and provide available options in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times and shipping rates will vary depending on the destination, selected shipping method, customs clearance, and local carrier handling.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.
Customs processing may cause delays that are outside of our control.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Certain products or materials may be restricted from shipping to specific regions due to legal, customs, carrier, or logistical requirements. If we are unable to ship a product to your location, we will contact you.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receipt with photos of the damaged package and items.
For lost shipments, if tracking shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, please reach out to us immediately so we can assist with locating your order.
