Return and Refund Policy

At Vegas Forge, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we offer the following return and refund policy:

Returns

Customers must request a return or refund within 15 days of the original purchase date, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@vegasforge.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once the return is approved, the customer is responsible for shipping the order back to us within 30 days.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, subject to applicable exceptions.

To exercise this right, you must contact us at sales@vegasforge.com within 14 days of receiving your order and clearly state that you wish to cancel/withdraw from the purchase.

After notifying us of your cancellation, you are responsible for returning the item to us within 14 days. Items must be returned unused, unmodified, and in their original condition.

Unless otherwise required by law, EU customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The 14-day EU cooling-off period does not apply to custom-made, personalized, or clearly made-to-order items.

Refunds

Upon receiving the returned item(s) and verifying their condition, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.

Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

For EU customers exercising the right of withdrawal, refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable EU consumer rules. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or proof that the item has been shipped back to us.

Exclusions

Custom, made-to-order, personalized, modified, or special-order items are non-refundable and may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started, materials have been allocated, or work has begun.

Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for a refund, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
